Keith Berry

Keith Berry - [Lead Director]

Hello, I'm Keith and I am the lead director of Berrys, Chartered Accountants. I have been a qualified chartered accountant for over 20 years.

For the whole of my working life I have been based in Devon. I have an experienced understanding of the important issues and difficulties that local businesses face.

My job gives me the opportunity to work with my clients to develop their businesses through organised management meetings and required ad hoc assistance. I also head up the tax department and am available for all staff technical support and guidance.

Outside of work I am father to a son and a daughter and this is what takes up most of my free time. I am treasurer at Royal North Devon Golf Club and I also enjoy playing cricket and golf.

Joanna Berry

Joanna Berry - [Co Director]

Hi, my name is Joanna and I am the co-director of Berrys, Chartered Accountants. I became a chartered accountant in 2005 but have worked in practice since 1997.

I head up the corporate department and oversee the payroll and VAT departments. The majority of my work involves me being based in the office managing the smooth-running of the whole team.

Part of my role is to work on high level compliance work for both corporate and non-corporate clients but also I offer a bespoke, one to one computerised accounts training which includes installation of software. I also head up the in-house training and systems control.

Time with my family is very important to me and since Keith and I set up Berrys I have been able to enjoy being involved in my son and daughter's school lives. I spent a lot of my 'free time' as the Parish treasurer for Northam with Westward Ho! I also like to bake cakes for friends, family and colleagues.

In my spare time I spend as much of time outdoors as possible, enjoying time with my wife and two young daughters. I am a keen member of the Royal North Devon Golf Club and play there as often as I can.
